| Overview |
| The Virtual Broker
Services (VBS) is a web based call center back ended to a phone connection to the
service providers. The potential customer makes a reservation starting from a web page and
the system will call the service provider, make a reservation and respond with a
confirmation. All online and without Internet infrastructure needed by the service
provider. |
| The web interface includes
the ability to negotiate the price and telephone customer assistance. Additional
functionality is provided to the customer by allowing phone cancellation and review. |
| The service provider
connection is telephone, but can include fax, fax and phone together, or a web interface.
A telephone interface or a web interface supports the service provider’s details such
as availability and rates. |
